WOODLAND GAMES

The butterfly met the rabbit In the meadow green. And what happened after Was a sight to be seen. Such a game of hide and seek The two had never played. Running, flying all around the place Until after dark they stayed. The rabbit, he would rush To find a place to hide Then the little butterfly Upon his back would ride. The butterfly, in it's turn Would inside a flower go And the rabbit would look and look Oh, it was a funny show. Finally, the two were tired Of this active game. The butterfly's wings were sore And the rabbit was rather lame. So in the dusk they said goodbye And went their separate ways. They would see each other again On other sunny days.
