This is Old Bear ritin 2 u agin 2 tel U sumpn reel excitin. Excitin 4 me at least. My
man
found out 4 shure jist how old I am! He tells how he found out on the next page sew I won't
tell U agin. I shure am glad to find out that I am reely an Old Bear. I still don't know 4 shure
wear I wus borned but my man sez most all teddy bears get borned in a factry sum playce. But
he is purty shure that I lived in a store in Camelzoo in Michigan for a wile before I went to live with him.
I don't member anything abowt those real old timey days. Lyke 4 instance I don't member
ridin on the train to Illlinois that 1st tyme and I don't member seein this goat pullin my man
in a cart. I bet that wus fun. He wuz duin that in 1929 cus if U luk reel close U kan see the
number 1 9 2 9 on the front of the goat wagon. We wuz still livin in Michigan then.
Sumtymes peples ask my man how long he has been wearin glasses and he always sez "all my
life" but I know that aint tru cus here's a pitcher of him and his daddy when
he wuz abowt 3 and a half years old and he didn't have any glasses.. He sez it seems like all his life cus he wus purty little wen one of his eyes got real lazy and his momma
tuk him to the eye doctor and he got glasses.
Do you member how wen I first got out of the closet I didn't have no eyes at all and I had to go to the doll doctor to get new ones? I got one arm and an ear sewed back on wile I was there. My man has got his eyes fixed 3 tymes but still has to wear glasses and he had 2 have sumpn done to his heart. Seems like he is always getting wat he calls "a procedure" done.
I'm getting to go with my man on 2 trips this month. They are only wat is kalled day trips but I bet they'll be fun.
Then the State Fair of Texas starts in September and lasts 3 weeks. I'll be goin out there sumtyme in October 2 work for the Dar Ladies sew I'll have a lot to rite abowt next time.
